I appreciate how the employees at the Wichita Falls, TX location make my visit feel like a hometown dentist instead of a chain dentist! I always receive excellent care & information. The dental hygienist and dentist are both very personable and thorough. The front office staff has always been efficient and handled an issue with my insurance company quickly (employer directed provider changed)! I’ve never had any issues with billing or appointment scheduling. This office has provided multiple appointment options, and always provided several appointment reminders before might visit as well as reached out for follow-up feedback after my appointment. Every time I’ve visited, the employees have exuded positive energy and seem happy to be there. The positive vibes of the office helps relieve any stress I may be feeling about my visit/procedure. Our family moved to Wichita Falls from Colorado in Feb '22. We have been searching for a dentist to continue treatment for our daughters braces. From the moment we called to schedule an appointment, we knew we found our new dentist. Our first visit was so much more than our expectations! The staff was very warm, welcoming, and friendly. Our daughter said the staff was "cool and relatable". After we saw the Dr, we knew exactly what to expect, time frame for treatment and cost. Unexpectedly, we were able to continue our treatment on the same day after the initial exam without having to make an appointment! Our daughter is happy and so are we! We highly recommend Spearmint Dental! We are so excited to have the opportunity to get to know the staff and continue working with them through our daughters treatment!
My first visit here went rather well. The staff is polite and professional, everything was explained to me in a way I could understand and their pricing is very reasonable. Would definitely recommend!
UPDATE:
I have had 5 teeth pulled and gotten my temporary set of dentures. Never in my life have I had a tooth pulled and not had to take pain meds. Until now. I hate needles, and always been terrified of Dentists, but everyone here is great! And I didn't even need Tylenol after having 4 front teeth pulled. I'll never go anywhere else.
Dr. Wong is amazing, he is warm and kind. I don't say that lightly. I have always had a fear and distrust toward the medical field, it's branches and those affiliated. I have seen many dentists and he is only the 2nd who shows dedication to his craft. He isn't afraid to get things done himself, and he doesn't like leaving things alright he wants it done right the first time. He is also considerate of your comfort, often checking if you are doing okay. I appreciate him very much. Spearmint as a whole has done well by me for the 5 years I have been going to this practice. My husband, two kids and I all go to them for our dental needs.
My 6 year old son had his first dental procedure done today by Dr.Garrett and I can’t say thank you enough. My son got shots (I was freaking out) and my son did not even realize he got them, he was laughing through it. My son left there so happy and I as so thankful. Dr.Garrett and his assistants worked with naming tool games and walked him through every step before even starting. The entire staff just made everything so comfortable and I am one happy Parent. Dr.Garrett has a life long patient with my son. I recommend them highly for all kids because they made it such a pleasant experience so my son will be so happy to go back. Thank you so much!
